Sunday School
We are so happy to announce that we now have all five of our classes going. We have a toddler class taught by Mary Ruth Jarrell, headstart to 2nd grade class taught by Samantha Ward, 3rd grade to 5th grade taught by Donna Ward, teen class taught by Nona Newsome, and an adult class taught by our pastor John Taylor. Our Sunday school classrooms are still under construction but are moving along nicely. We are grateful to everyone who has helped with all the progress.
Meet the Challenge
We have a Sunday School challenge for you. If you come 6 Sundays in a row you earn 1 small cross trophy. After you have earned 6 small trophies (36 Sunday's in a row) you turn all of those in and get a medium trophy. Then when you earn 5 more small trophies, you turn your medium trophy plus the 5 small trophies in for an extra large trophy that is yours to keep with your name on it. That makes a total of 56 Sunday's- A WHOLE YEAR OF MISSING NO SUNDAY SCHOOL! Can you do it????????????
Sunday School Drive
Our Sunday School drive will begin this Sunday, May 10, 2009. If you come 5 out of 6 Sunday's you will earn a trip to Camden Park. Also a Gold Medallion. And if you come every Sunday during the Drive you will earn a special trophy!!
